Ingredients

    8 Medium Onions
    6 Cloves Garlic
    32 oz Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
    32 oz Swanson 50% Less Sodium Beef Broth
    8 oz Red Wine
    1 Tsp Thyme
    1 Tsp Kosher Salt
    1 Tsp Pepper
    12 oz Swiss Cheese
    12 Slices French or Vienna Bread

Directions

Slice onions into thin slices, roughly chop garlic. Add the onions, garlic, broth, wine, and seasoning to slow cooker and cook on low for ~10 hours. Serve with approximately one once of cheese and one slice of toasted bread.
