Ingredients

    2 Cups No Salt Added Tomato Sauce (2 8 oz. cans)
    2 Tbsp Healthy No Salt Taco Seasoning (Recipe Below)
    1/2 tsp Sea Salt
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper

    Healthy No Salt Taco Seasoning

    Ingredients
    2 tbsp Chili powder
    1 1/2 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
    2 tsp Cumin
    2 tsp Ground Oregano
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp Paprika

    Mix all ingredients together.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Stir over med-low heat for 5 mins.

    I doubled up this one for a double batch of enchiladas and I have plenty of the seasoning left over. Was as good, or better, than canned sauce. Homemade is always better! - 3/4/10
