Ingredients

    1 poblano pepper, roasted, peeled and seeded, with a slit in the side
    4 T cream cheese
    1 oz Monterey Jack shredded cheese
    Vidalia Onion Batter Mix

Directions

Mix cream cheese and Monterrey Jack. Fill chile pepper with mixture. Batter according to directions on box of batter mix. Deep fry 2-3 minutes.
