Introduction

a clean, high protein, dairy free, sweet breakfast! a clean, high protein, dairy free, sweet breakfast!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup almond milk,
    1 cup quinoa flour,
    2 eggs,
    2 tsp low sodium baking powder,
    1/2 tsp himilayan crystal salt,
    2 tbsp maple syrup,
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Directions

1. mix milk, flour and protein powder in blender until smooth. add in eggs, baking powder, salt, oil and syrup and blend until a nice batter is formed.

2. pour batter on a hot nonstick pan. flip the pancakes when little holes appear.

-makes approx 16 thin pancakes.
