Ingredients

2 slices of Nature's Own Butterbread
    1 large egg
1/4 cup Lactaid Fat Free Milk
    1 dash salt
2 tbsp H.T. Traders Grade A Maple Syrup
    1 tsp powdered sugar

Note: This recipe tastes even better if you use real French bread.

Directions

1. Set pan to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Beat together egg, milk, and salt in a medium bowl.
3. Cut bread into triangle-shaped halves.

6. Cook on pan until toast is golden brown and firm. Put on plate.
7. Heat maple syrup in microwave for 15-30 seconds.
8. Pour syrup onto french toast.
9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
