    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 1/4 cups 1% milk
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
    1/4 cup light sour cream

An easy and delish recipe. My DH has heart problems and the healthy ingredients ( NO salt) make me feel good. The only bad thing is the pie crust and I'm hoping that isn't toooo bad! - 7/23/10

Delicious! Made this with fresh veggies -- carrot, parsnip, green pepper, broccoli and onion, and cream of celery soup. Only had one chicken breast, so added a couple of mild Italian sausages, also. Perfect dinner for Pi Day (3.14) ;) - 3/14/13
