    2 Bags shredded hashbrowns
    1 onion
    1 cup sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

mix together and spread in Pyrex casserole dish. Cook 350 until done (about 1 hour). serving size 1 cup-14 cups total
