Ingredients

    Lemon Jello, 1 box that serves 4
    Can of Pineapple chunks in juice [about 12-14 ounces]
    water

Directions

Drain Pineapple juice into a 2 cup measure. [Makes about 1 cup. May add water to make one cup if needed.] Heat juice in microwave. Add jello powder and stir and allow to sit for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of water to make a total of 2 cups. Pour into refrigerator dish. Refrigerate for about 45 minutes until it has become syrupy consistency on a spoon. Stir in the pineapple. Cover and refrigerate for four hours.
Serve.
