Introduction
A baked version of my favorite store-bought frozen pizza rolls. A baked version of my favorite store-bought frozen pizza rolls.Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
1/4 cup Pizza sauce
17 slices of turkey pepperoni
1oz lean ground beef
1/4 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
2 egg roll wrappers
parmesan cheese
Directions
This is for 1 serving...
Brown ground beef and set aside 1 oz in a separate bowl. Chop up 1serving of turkey pepperoni (17 slices) into small pieces. Mix beef and pepperoni with pizza sauce in bowl. Lay out 3 egg roll wrappers on a greased baking sheet and wet the edges with water using your fingertip (helps edges to stick together when rolling). Divide pizza mixture between the 3 wrappers, top with mozzarella cheese (also divided between the 3). Fold wrappers up like egg rolls (top and bottom corners together, then roll up). Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
Obviously you can play with these to suit your needs. Less hamburger or pepperoni for lower sodium or adding veggies.
Yum!
