Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 large egg
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 1/2 c. Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce (1/2 jar)
    4 oz whole wheat spagetti, uncooked (can substitute other type of pasta)

Directions

Mix first four ingredients in medium bowl. Form mixture into 20 meatballs. Brown meatballs in olive oil in skillet.
Meanwhile, bring water to boil in pot. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain.
When meatballs are brown on all sides, add sauce and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve meatballs and sauce over pasta.
