Ingredients

PAM spray
Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
Peas, edible-podded, raw (Sugar Snap peas, snow peas), 3 oz
Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz
Alfredo Sauce, Bertoli, 0.25 cup - used the garlic variety
Directions
Transfer shrimp from freezer to refrigerator early in the day.[or read package on thawing.]
Preheat non-stick skillet on medium. Spray with PAM. Then ad 1 tsp of Olive Oil and 1 tsp of butter. Add washed Sugar Snap Peas, and stir fry until tender. [taste test]. Measure the Alfredo Sauce ahead of time. Add shrimp and continue to stir fry until pink and cooked. Add the measured Alfredo Garlic sauce and stir well as it heats.
Serve immediately over brown rice.
