Ingredients

    2 lbs ground turkey
    1 can low sodium pink or white beans
    2 c. rough chopped peppers
    1 c. rough chopped onion
    2 Tb. chili powder
    1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. salt

Directions

Saute turkey. Add spices. When halfway done, add peppers and onion. Drain beans and add. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with rice, if desired.
