Ingredients

    1 c onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp butter
    2 c Minute Rice
    1 can Cream of Chicken soup
    1 can Broccoli cheese soup
    8 oz Cheez Whiz
    16 oz frozen broccoli
    1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook broccoli as directed on package. Sautee onions in butte until tender. Mix together all ingredients except shredded cheese in 13X9 pan; sprinkle top with shredded cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-20 minutes or until bubbly.
