Ingredients

    1/4C chopped onion
    6 med eggland's best hard boiled eggs
    1/2Tbsp light Miracle Whip
    1tsp mustard
    Paprika or black pepper and
    salt and to taste

Directions

Roughly chop egg and place in a med bowl. Add onion, miracle whip, mustard and seasonings. Mix to combine. Chill for at least an hr, but overnight is best. Serve on wheat bread or crackers. 3 servings
