Introduction

This is always a big hit around the holidays at our house. This is always a big hit around the holidays at our house.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    12 ounce package of fresh whole cranberries (about 2 cups)
    1-1/2 cups diced Granny Smith apple
    1 tbsp Lemon juice
    1/2 cup unsweetened Apple juice
    1/2 Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, packed
    1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
    1 tsp grated Ginger Root
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp grated Orange Peel Zest

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Allow relish to cool before serving. This can be made ahead of time and stored in the Refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Make about 16 2-tablespoon servings.
