Introduction

This is a varriation of the recipe from Land O Lakes website. I have changed out the sugar for Splenda it comes out a little more dense but is just as good. Ingredients

    1 Cup Butter Softened
    3 Oz Cream Cheese Softened
    3/4 cup Splenda
    1 Egg
    1 Tsp Vanillia
    1 Tsp Baking Powder
    pinch of Salt
    3 Cups Flour

Directions

Cream together butter and cream cheese, slowly add in splenda. Then add in egg, vanillia, baking powder and salt. Slowly add in flour till well mixed. Divide dough in half. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 2 hrs. Roll out onto lightly floured surface to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut shapes and bake at 375 for 7-10mkin
