Ingredients

    12 Large Red Ripe Strawberries, washed & cored.
    8 oz low fat cream cheese
    1/4 cup low fat Ricotta Cheese
    3 or 4 Tablespoons Sugar Free Torani Syrup Vanilla
    2 Tablespoons of sugar free vanilla pudding mix
    1 tablespoon of Splenda
    dash of Cinnamon
    Chopped Walnuts


Directions

Mix all together (except Walnuts) and fill Strawberries, then dip the filled strawberries into the chopped walnuts as a topping.

I just kept adding the Syrup until it got to a consistency I liked. The pudding mix makes it a little sticky and clumpy but the syrup helps smooth it out.
