Introduction

Salmon fillets are glazed with an easy Asian-inspired sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds for an attractive and flavorful main course. Serve with steamed broccoli and white and wild rice. Ingredients

    2 1/4lb salmon fillets
    2 tbsp Ken's Lite Asian Sesame Salad Dressing
    1/4 tsp Thai Red Curry Paste
    1 tbsp orange juice
    1tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk dressing, curry paste and orange juice. Coat salmon fillets in in glaze and sprinkle sesame seeds on the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes (for medium-done) to 20 minutes (for well-done). Serve over rice with a side of steamed broccoli.

    ENJOYED this recipe, it was not too sweet with a great texture, I added a little crushed garlic,red pepper flakes, and ginger, as I did not have red curry paste - 11/21/13
