Ingredients

    1 cup I can't believe it's not butter light
    2 cups splenda
    1tsp baking powder
    1tsp baking soda
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    3 mashed ripe banannas
    3/4 cup walnuts
    3 eggs

Directions

blend butter and splenda until smooth. add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Add dry ingredients.
bake in muffin pan makes 18 muffins
bake on 350 for 1 hour.
