Ingredients

    6 ounce can tuna, drained
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
    2 tablespoon onion, minced
    2 tablespoon celery, minced
    1/2 teaspoon mustard
    Salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    Pinch celery salt

Directions

1. Remove the yolks from the whites and mash them. Mix in remaining ingredients until smooth; fill egg whites with mixture. Dust with paprika.

    This is a great base recipe! I got 2 large tomatoes. Scooped them out. Prepared the recipe above (chopped up the egg with the tuna and veggies -- added green pepper!) and put that mixture into the hollowed out tomato. You could added a bit of shredded mozzarella, put under broiler to melt cheese - 3/11/11

    Incredible!
    I mixed the chopped, hard boiled eggs with the tuna and mayo. (Did I miss where the tuna is used in the recipe?) Very nice taste and texture -- and I served it on lettuce with some tomato. - 11/28/10
