Ingredients

12 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
3 large eggs, at room temperature
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups milk, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pkg. strawberry glaze
1 c. strawberries
1/2 c. strawberries (topping)
Directions
HEAT oven to 350°F.
BEAT the softened cream cheese with the eggs on low speed to combine. Increase the speed to medium-high and beat until completely incorporated. Add the condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, vanilla extract and strawberries. Continue to beat together until everything is well incorporated.
POUR into 9" pan; place in larger shallow pan. Add enough water to larger pan to come halfway up side of smaller pan.
BAKE 1 hour or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Remove flan from water bath; place on wire rack. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. To unmould, run knife around edge of flan; invert onto plate. Remove pan.
GARNISH with prepared strawberries & glaze according to package directions.
