Ingredients

1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 cup water (110F)
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup white flour
Directions
Add sugar to 110F temperature water and sprinkle yeast on top. Let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, grease a mixing bowl.
After 10 minutes, add oil and salt to liquid mixture. Next add whole wheat flour and white flour and mix with a mixer using a dough hook or knead dough by hand until it is smooth and elastic.
Place in greased bowl and let rise, in a draft free area, until double in bulk (or about 1 hour).
Punch down and separate into two pieces for two pizza doughs or leave as one dough for one pizza dough. Roll into a tight ball and let rise again, in a draft free place, for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until double in bulk.
Using rolling pin, roll dough into a cirlce big enough to fit your greased pizza pan. Place dough onto pizza pan and top with any toppngs of your choosing. (Topings are not included in nutritional information). Makes 12 servings
