Introduction

Ingredients

    4-5 apples (2lbs)
    Cinnamon to taste
    Vanilla to taste
    Nutmeg to taste
    2 tbl Corn starch
    1/4 - 1/3 c of sugar depending on tartness of apples
    2 tbl Butter (portion into tiny bits to spread amongst the apples)

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a crock pot and "stew" for 4 hrs on low or until apples are tender, not mushy. Stir at least once during stewing.
