Introduction

Low-fat dip that can be served warm or cold, on veggies, bread or crackers. Other things can be added for taste, such as garlic or some sort of hot spice of your choice. Ingredients

    1/2 pkg Knorr or Lipton Vegtabe Soup Mix
    6 oz Fat Free cream cheese
    6 oz 1/3 Less Fat cream cheese
    8 oz frozen chopped spinach
    1 1/2 C Fat Free Yogurt
    12 oz Fat Free sour cream





Directions

Let cream cheese get soft or warm it on defrost in the microwave until creamy smooth. Add sour cream, yogurt, and soup mix. Mix well. Defrost and fully drain spinach. Add spinach to the creamy mixture. This all takes less than 10 minutes to do, but the dip should be refrigerated for an hour before eating it. Wonderful dip for peppers, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, crackers (reduced fat wheat thins, low fat club, saltines), and breads.
