Introduction

These are great Salmon patties that can be eatten plain or made into a sandwich using a bun. These are great Salmon patties that can be eatten plain or made into a sandwich using a bun.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 Cans pink salmon
    2 cups plain bread crumbs
    1/2 c. motzerella cheese
    1 L. egg, breaten
    1/4 C. lite mayonnaise

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Then form into 9 patties ( about 4oz. each)
Heat skillet
(Use 1 T. veg. oil or spray with cooking spray)
Cook each pattied over med. to high heat for 2-3 mins. on each side.
Great Plain or made into a sandwich
