Introduction
Homemade adobo seasoning adapted from a recipe on Chow.com. Theirs called for chipotle chile powder - I substituted Chili powder. Paprika, 2 tbsp (remove)
Pepper, black, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
*Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Cumin Seed, Ground (1Tbsp), 1 tbsp (remove)
Chili powder, .5 tbsp (remove)
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
add all ingredients to a ramekin with a lid for storage. Makes approximately a half cup of seasonings or 24 teaspoons.
