    12 grams Butter, unsalted
    6 grams Olive Oil
    4 cup Swanson Unsalted Cooking Beef Stock (240 ml) (by DILBERTA)


Saute onions in oil. Let them get really brown
Add bouillion. Scrap up fond, cover, and let simmer 40 minutes.
