Ingredients

Trident (brand) Salmon Burger, 1 each
    Arnold Sandwich thin, 1 serving
Kroger Fat Free Onion Dip, 1 tbsp/
    1 slice ripe tomato

Directions

Per individual serving

Prepare salmon burger per package directions. I prefer to pan fry over medium heat for 5 minutes per side in a non-stick pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Toast sandwich thin - I turn it cut side out and place in one slot of the toaster. Spread toasted sandwich thin with fat free onion dip.Add cooked salmon burger and tomato slice. Add lettuce if desired. Enjoy.

We enjoy this as lunch or light dinner with a cup of tomato soup or a can of V8 juice or a side salad.
