Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Parsley, 5 sprigs (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Water, tap, 16 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)

Directions

Throw all together and cook 1.5 - 2 hours. Makes 12 12 oz servings. Add seasoning, to taste. I am trying to avoid salt, so will go with other seasoning.
