Ingredients

    1 large head lettuce, shredded
    1 med. onion, chopped
    3 large tomatoes, chopped
    1 can sliced black olives
    16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
    1-8oz. bag baked Nacho Doritos, crushed
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1-2 (8oz.) bottles Russian salad dressing
    1/2 jar of taco sauce or salsa (optional)

Directions

Brown ground beef with taco seasoning and 1/2 jar salsa. Let cool. Mix together the cut up vegetables. Just before serving toss the vegetables with the ground beef, cheese, crushed Doritos and 1-2 bottles of Russian dressing (depends on how much dressing you like).
Make a large bowl full.
