Introduction
This is a quick and easy recipe to follow that is loved by the whole family. Can be eaten cold as part of a pasta salad - lovely.You will need: 2 large pans, a chopping board, sharp vegetable knife, a garlic crusher and a tin opener. Ingredients

1 tbsp OLIVE OIL,
1.5 tbsp chopped or ground OREGANO,
2 cloves of GARLIC
12 small MUSHROOMS
2 small ONIONS
500g Heinz TOMATO SOUP,
2 skinless, boneless CHICKEN BREASTS,
300g of Dried Pasta,
Directions
*Cook the CHICKEN BREAST in your prefered style.
*Preheat the OLIVE OIL in a large pan, on a medium heat.
*Finely chop the ONIONS and cruch the GARLIC cloves.
*Add the ONION and GARLIC to the OLIVE OIL and simmer gently. Do not burn.
*Chop the MUSHROOMS and add to the pan on a medium heat.
*Add the OREGANO into the pan.
*Reduce the heat to very low.
*Add the TOMATO SOUP into the pan and warm vry gently.
*Place the dried PASTA in a pan of boiling water and cook.
*Keep stirring the sauce and the pasta until the pasta is cooked.
*Drain the pasta and add to the sauce whilst it is still hot. Stir well.
*Slice the chicken breast across into half inch strips.
*Add the chicken to the sauce and the pasta. Stir in well.
