    1.5 Cups Lentils
    1 796ml Can Crushed Tomatoes
    1 Onion, Large - diced
    1 pkg (300g) Spinach, chopped & frozen
    4 cups Water
    2Tbsp Curry Powder


Thaw Spinach & dice onion. Rinse Lentils. Put all ingredients in the Crockpot and put on high for 4-6 hours.
