Introduction

My gramma's tuna casserole recipe. You can use any vegetable (canned or frozen) and you can substitute the crackers for something else on top. i usually use a cracker&cheese mixture. Ingredients

    1/2 pound of Egg Noodles
    small can of Tuna
    Can of Veggies
    Can of Cream of Mushroom soup
    1/2 cup of crushed crackers

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.
Boil the egg noodles. Drain.
Add the tuna, veggies, and mushroom soup to the noodles and mix well.
Put into 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle crackers on top. Cover.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Makes approximately 8 1-cup servings
