Ingredients

2.5 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, hulled
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup agave nectar or honey
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Makes 24 2x2 bars.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Measure oats, almonds and sunflower seeds onto baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir. Toast for 10-15 minutes, stirring every minutes. Meanwhile, place agave or honey, sugar, butter and vanilla into a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until everything is melted. Reduce oven temp to 300 F. Pour oat mixture into large bowl, and add flour. Stir thoroughly. Add blueberries and mix well. Pour the liquid into the bowl and mix thoroughly, until everything is coated and somewhat sticky. Press mixture into baking sheet or baking pan lined with parchment paper. Press hard with another pan to make the bars firm. Bake for 15 minutes at 300 F. Let cool for 30 minutes, then slice into 24 pieces.
