Ingredients

ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 glove garlic, minced or crushed
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp worshestershire sauce
1 tbspn a-1 or other steak sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Divide into 6 balls and shape into patties. Grill or cook on medium high heat (325 for electric griddle) 3-4 minutes each side. Do not overcook.
