Ingredients

    1 pound top loin boneless chops, sliced thin, fat removed
    2 large onions
    2 large apples
    1 jar (2qts) Rosoff Sauerkraut
    1 tbsp caraway seed
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp olive oil
    granulated garlic
    pepper

Directions

Cube chops, sprinkle with pepper and granulated garlic. Saute cubes in olive oil and soy sauce in dutch oven until browned, add chopped onions until translucent.
Add Sauerkraut, apple slices, caraway seed and pepper, mix thouroughly.
Let simmer for about 3 hours
Makes 12 1/2 cup servings
