Introduction

Growing up in Sioux City Iowa, Ye Olde Tavern was an institution. My Southern husband didn't get "taverns" or "loose meats" until he saw a recipe in FHM magazine for something almost identical which inspired him to create the following. Gotta love the power of a sexy magazine to create a convert. Growing up in Sioux City Iowa, Ye Olde Tavern was an institution.
