Introduction

We like to use this to top waffles, ice cream or even delicious eaten alone with some granola on top for desert. We like to use this to top waffles, ice cream or even delicious eaten alone with some granola on top for desert.

Ingredients

    2 apples peeled and sliced
    1/2 c unsweetened applejuice
    about 2-3 Tbsp Splenda (depend on sweet prefernce)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions

Peel and slice apples in a med saucepan add applejuice and enough water to cover. Add cinnamon and splenda. Simmer until tender. Mix cornstarch in a bit of warm water and stir quickly into hot apple mixture, return to boil stir until thickened. Serves 4
