Ingredients

Filling:
4 large golden delicious apples
1 16oz can halved peaches in syrup
1/4 cup sugar
1 lemon, juiced
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Topping:
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1 1/4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of salt
8 tbsp (1 stick) COLD unsalted butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
For filling:
Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and lemon juice. Peel, core and cut apples and cut peaches. Toss in sauce. Pour into large casserole dish.
For topping:
Mix all ingredients except butter until well incorporated. Add cold butter 1 tbsp at a time, crumbling and fully incorporating before adding next piece.
When fully mixed, pack topping on top of filling and place in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until bubbling and brown on top.
