Introduction

Serves 4 = 3 oz salon and 1/4 cup salsa Serves 4 = 3 oz salon and 1/4 cup salsa

Ingredients

    Salsa:
    3/4 c Pinapple
    2 tbsp Onion
    2 tbsp Cilantro
    2 tbsp Red Bell Pepper
    1 tsp Vinegar

    Salomon:
    4 Salmon Fillets with skin (about 5 oz each) rinsed and patted dry
    2 tbsp Ketchup
    1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
    1 tbsp Honey
    1 tsp Vinegar
    1 small garlic clove

Directions

In small bowl stir together the salso ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. (at least 8 hours)

Preheat the oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly spray with cooking spray.

Place the fish with the skin side down on the foil.

In a small bowl, whisk toghether the remaining ingredients. Spread over the top of the fish.

Bake 20 minutes or until fish is cooked to desired dones. Serve with salsa.
