Ingredients

    6 Large Jalapenos, Fresh
    7 oz Monterrey Jack Cheese cut up
    4 Slices Bacon cut into pieces

Directions

Wearing gloves, prepare peppers by washing, cutting in half and seeding.

Spray a 13x9 baking dish with your type of choice.

Place pepper halves in dish. Top with cheese and bacon.

Bake at 450 degrees until the bacon is done and cheese is melted.
