Introduction

1. Brown ground beef and drain excess fat
2. Chop vegetables and mince garlic

    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup
    Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices
    *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 1 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup
    Garlic - 3 cloves
    Italian seasoning, chili powder, cayenne powder, sea salt and chili peppers.

    Very Good
    Ragu is not "clean." I used organic strained tomatoes (very low sodium). Other than that, this is a great recipe. I will be making it again soon. - 2/19/10
