Ingredients

3-4 cups of Romaine Lettuce
2 tbsp Ken's Light Caesar Dressing
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
3 oz Shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
Medium size shrimp = 9 pieces
Directions
Follow directions for shrimp, thaw them (5 mins in a colander with luke-warm water), then add lettuce, cheese, dressing.
Remove the tails from the shrimp, and add croutons.
Mix and enjoy!
