Toasted Pine Nuts
Brianna's Blush Wine Vinaigrette
Directions
This salad serves 4.
Toast pine nuts for a minute, until they smell nutty (be careful not to burn them).
When the pine nuts have finished toasting, combine them with the spinach, the Craisins, and the Gorgonzola. Add dressing right before serving.
