Introduction
Oh so good and oh so filling!!! Great comfort food in the cold months. I have found that not only are some of the Idahoan Instant Mashed Potatoes gluten free but are wonderful to use to thicken soups. Be sure you check the package as it is clearly marked "Gluten Free" on the back if it is gluten free. Oh so good and oh so filling!!! Great comfort food in the cold months. Ingredients

2 lbs. of Ham, diced approx. 1/4" cubes
5 - Med. size sweet potatoes ( I use white sweet potatoes not yams. approx. 5" long.)
4 - Cups of green beans
1-cup of diced onion
1 - cup of fat free milk
1 - pkg. of Idahoan Buttery instant mashed potatoes
2qts. water
1pkg. of ham seasoning
Directions
Place 8 cups of water in large stock pot. , add seasoning.
Add Potatoes and simmer for approx. 10minutes.
Add green beans, continue simmering for 10 more minutes.
Add chopped ham and onion continue to simmer until potatoes are done.
Add milk and stir
Add package of Instant Potatoes and stir well, continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.
Makes approximately 8 servings of 2 cups each.
