Ingredients

    2 cups Salad Mix, Taylor Farm
    4 ounce of Pilgrims Pride Chicken Breast Tenderloin
    .375 cup of Great Value Fancy Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese
    Apx 2 Tablespoons of Sonny's Sweet BBQ Sauce

Directions

This serves one person
*Preheat oven to 375 degrees
1. Marinate the Pilgrims Pride Chicken Breast Tenderloins in the Sonny's Sweet BBQ Sauce. I used a food storage bag, and tossed the tenderloins in the bag of sauce.
2. Coat baking dish with non stick spray
3. lay the tenderloins in the pan and bake about 30 minutes (I used them frozen, so maybe less if already thawed)
4. While the chicken is baking, prepare the salad.
5. Top the salad mix with the shredded cheese
6. Once chicken has cooked, remove from oven and dice the chicken tenderloins
7. I weighed the the chicken to make accurate 4 oz serving
8. Add any dressing of your choice (not included in reciepe)
