Ingredients

    1 can Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water,
    1/4 cup. diced peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1/4 cup diced onions, raw
    8-10 spanish olives w/pimento, chopped
    1 tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 tbsp. Capers, canned
    1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
    1 tbsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar
    3 cups, shredded or torn Romaine Lettuce
    3 large radishes, sliced thinly
    4 cherry tomatoes, quartered or halved

Directions

1. Drain and flake the tuna.
2. Mix together the tuna and the next seven ingredients.
3. Serve the tuna on top of the remaining ingredients.
