Ingredients

    4 oz of your favorite imitation crab meat
    1 -6 oz can of boneless skinless salmon
    6 TB of light or reduced fat mayo
    apx 4 melba toasts
    1 large egg
    seasonings

Directions

Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl. Add whatever spices that you like at this time. Scallions are also a tasty throw in. Heat up a large skillet and spray it with olive oil spray. This recipe makes 6 cakes.
