Introduction

This is something I threw together for dinner and it ended up being pretty tasty!

Add Chicken to skillet and cook according to package directions. When chicken is almost cooked through add beans, corn, green peppers, salsa, cumin, chili powder and onion powder.

Simmer until all ingredients are incorporated. Serve over romaine lettuce. You can also add salsa, sour cream, cucumbers, cheese or tortilla chips as a garnish. Also very good in a wrap! Enjoy!
