    1.5 cups Salsa
    1 can corn
    1 can black beans
    1 can tomatoe sauce
    1/2 cup shredder cheese
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 lb egg noodles


Brown meat, add salsa, drain n rinse corn n black beans. Bring to boil add noodles stir n cover cook until noodles are tender about 13 min, Top with cheese n serve 12 serings at 1 1/3 cups.

    I also added some taco seasoning. I had the same problem...not enough liquid to cook egg noodles. I added salsa and sauce, but still had issues. Next time I will cook noodles separately. It still tasted good and actually the next day was even better!!! - 1/27/10

    This was definately good! I would use more salsa next time, mine came out alittle drier- I had to boil the egg noodles seperately and then add them since there wasnt enough liquid to boil... but delicious and even my husband liked it alot!! - 1/26/10
